graz Better than expected, with recent ankle / knee / hamstring problems. Legs felt fine while running (and not too bad afterwards). Found pace quite hard (don't know whether due to NF 1/2 last week, or no speedwork or hills this week). Still, pleased with 19th place and PB for 5 miles.
