altyfc This was my 12th consecutive GNR on the trot, but I'm ashamed to say that I'd hardly trained for this one. Had done an 8-miler and two 6-milers in the build-up, all probably at around 10min/mile pace. Felt reasonably good on the day, kept a steady pace (although I had no idea of what time I was running - batteries for my Garmin weren't working!) and if anything sped up towards the end.
