Dvorak Good race, enjoyed downhill sweep at start, bit breezy, twists and turns not as bad as they looked on the map. Paced it ok and second fastest 10K. Well done to Bella RR and I hope they run it again. I may even get a number then. Unaffiliated 48:39 48:39 51:39 55.19

The Belly Is Gaun Tae Get Ye Time says it all really. All eggs in one basket and dropped it. Legs and lungs went at 3.5K. . Did not particularly care for the looped course.Could be the right time to call time on 10k's, fed up putting in all the effort with zilch to show for it. Ride 63 40:34 45:51 46:19 60.57

Zorba 19 47 at 5k and then wilted on the hills and in the wind.......probably demonstrates that 5k remains the distance to do something at.....still,first run of any kind over 6 miles for 15months ! Had to yield to my old adversary The Penguin (BRR) , but that was more than compensated for by taking scalps of many of the Paths to Fitness Poodles .......
