MrMarcus First track event, hoping to better the time of 20.02 set at Kesgrave in may. Will see how the legs are after the langham 10k...... Not too bad, went out too hard, sub 6min/mile pace first km, paid for it in the end. Still a good workout and can't be too displeased. Ipswich JAFFA RC 18:27 19:19 19:45 20:11 64.70
