Ima Donkey Course goes from Shuttleworth to Old Warden, Ireland (Beds), Shefford, A600/A507 roundaboout, last half mile or so on Henlow airfield. There is a course map on MapMyRide.com/run/..... The course is very undulating (I checked the profile using Fetch route facility)-just the last bit on airfield is flat. No severe hills so it kept you working which is probably a good thing. Well marked, well marshalled, tee-shirt & memento, chocolate bar, hot & cold drinks, lovely scenery. This year good weather, wind helping quite a bit, 196 (?) runners so had someone to follow throughout, even if they usually went away from me.
