EyeSpy21 Have been resting a calf tweak for two weeks and have a dodgy knee. So really pleased to get a pb and sub-30! :-) How the heck am I gonna keep that pace up for another 4K though?! Must have been the new go-faster fuchsia pink and navy vest. Just think what I could've done with matching tights! A bit wet and windy. Was through 5K in 24:48. Finished 22nd of 420.
