Cliffy tc Good day, approx 5min faster than last year(in total). Swim was a blinder, sub 8min for 400m. Bike was about 40 min and the run about 33mins(I forgot how hard this run is). Have to wait for results for times. Offical time - 33.36, not pleased with this time - I know I can run faster. Unaffiliated 32:00 33:36 33:36
