Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker. I understand. No-one likes ads.

Debstir
Watch time - and I'll take that, thank you! Glad I dropped out of Kilomathon, 10k was a struggle as it was, especially in the last 1k. Some heavy rain at bits made it erm, interesting - like not being able to see where I was going when the rain got in my eyes!
Dvorak
Ran better than expected in fairly poor weather, felt yesterdays run in the legs in the first bit, but despite a little "why am I doing this?" moment around 6K kept decent pace and pressed on a bit after 9K and sprinted in. Debs and Stretch both had good runs and had a chat and tailgate tea and cake with Debs and HT after, nice :-)
Robger
hilly first 3.5-4kms
awatson2
2 miles from home will use as training run, quite hilly first part, for a great cause they do fantastic work for the terminally ill. the course has been remeasured, and is now a proper10k course no cheating, the hills were hard work, felt ok otherwise
scotmark
run with barry - his first 10k.
