Blister I wanted to use this as a training run and managed to resist from going off too fast. The weather was bloody hot and humid; I just took it easy but even found that hard going because of the heat so I walked most of the hills. The second half was a bit faster because it was mostly shady and there were a few down hill sections. I'm not bothered about the time, just glad I was able to run from start to finish without my knee hurting. The course starts and finishes at the Warminster Cricket club and takes a nice scenic route through the forests at centre parks and back. Very well organised and marshalled; a good event.
