This is a soft PB.
Soft enough for you? Beautiful day!
Can't see how it won't be a pb
Wanted 01:19. Splits tell the story - Walked at 7M marker.

Hot hot hot
Will just see how this one goes . 2011 is a cycling year rather than a running year for me, but doing this as it's the local race.
Enjoyed the nicer weather than previous years. Not a PB as still a couple of minutes behind my time in this race (but different course) in 1991. However beat my times of the last 3 years so I'll call that a PB in the modern era!
Died in the heat, very dehydrated.
Just turning up for the fun - too soon after VLM for anything fast.
pacing (badly) - hot day, but nice run out. exciting swan based medal design.
Wow bit hot today, but marshalls were great so thank you
Very slow too hot.
It's my first race since returning from 3 month injury
not been well week before. still had cough and bit of cold. so little or no training.
at mile 8 had sever stomach cramps so had to seek a quiet spot.
V V V hot day. really pleased to finish then really disappointed with the time!
nice run except the first 5k round the carpark.
also gun position and finish position were not the same......
Do it again? yes!
That was pretty warm wasn't it? Shame I didn't duck under 60 but will take that in the middle of tough training for Edinburgh
Very warm conditions ! So not too disappointed.
Will see how I feel after London Marathon - dont want to miss this if I am able for it
Hot as hell.... 109th
Hot. Fine for the first 5 miles and then 6 to 8 were difficult.

10 mile PB - but a bit slower than I had hoped. Too flippin' hot!
Not sure if I'll reach my best today, had a calf strain since 18/04/11. We'll see!!
Started off at an amazing pace but the calf didn't hold out and went at 3.5 miles. Developed quite a pacey limp though. Very hot day 24oc.
Very hot...used as a training run so very happy
shocker, too hot, and i think too much running without enough speed work.
