Buffer Frank Harmer 10k Brockwell park. As usual went off too fast, but I couldn't resist that steep down hill at the beginning. So I over took about 50 people in minute number two who then spent the next 50 minutes overtaking me one by one in a psychological chinese torture.That last hill was unbelievable.
