Bolt Pretty pleased with this - especially after the previous night's debacle! I'd not run this before and really enjoyed the hard workout off-round (roll on the XCs!). Managed to stay with Justin for nearly 2 miles before he disappeared off into sub 32 minute glory. Stuck with Nick and even stayed with him until the final descent to the finish. Very pleased with intense sprint (don't look at the photos - ugh!) when I beat a fast chap to the line....whohooooo). Great cheer from Claire G helped a lot...thanks Claire! robrea results at http://www.raceres.org.uk/ they stretched the route out a little from last year so although great conditions weather wise times were a little down on last year. I was really up for this race being a local one, happy with 5th and enjoyed the evening - you ask for more than that! Harwich Runners 26:33 26:50 28:13 74.66
