Kirky1977 This was a well marked course route in my opinion and there was more water stions throughout the course than I actually thought I would see. I PB'd by at least 7 - 8 minutes so I was definitely happy, although I dont think I will be PB'ing as good as that anytime soon. The route was quite hilly in areas although they were not steep, but gradual inclines you definitely did not have to walk up them thats for sure. Unaffiliated 1:41:10 1:41:10 1:41:10 57.38
pinkladykat great day loved it marshells are were the best . hard running with out a ipod for the is no crowed tos cheer you on so your mind goes off on one . got to 10 mile marke and my legs were filling it . but i was not last i was not last i came second to last Ripon Runners 2:15:30 2:39:52 2:45:00 2:39:52 41.43
