Boab 2nd. No bad considering. Felt not 100% today but after the gun felt good. First few kms were good although clock in car was off by about 15 seconds. Got a very bad stitch at 6kms and it didnt ginuntil about 7kms. Not an excuse. I couldn't have caught first place but still a little disappointed with performance today. Achilles sore for first 3 kms then settled down. Need to get to route of that!!!! Unaffiliated 32:25 33:11 33:11 81.46

IanS Harder course than it appears on paper but perfect conditions and a nice wee 40s PB :-) Well organised and a nice feed at the end too. Official chip time even quicker - sub-43 :-) Harmeny AC 42:58 42:58 42:58 68.00
marble A great well organised race, the hills at 4-6 km and 8km are a killer though. Unaffiliated 43:04 43:04 43:04 69.00
Big Al Widepants Hard race especially the middle section with a long slow climb. Nearly chucked in the towel at 6k but it flattened out and the last bit was nicely downhill. Well pleased with the time. Unaffiliated 43:35 43:35 45:00 43:35 66.48

jiminy cricket A chilly start on a lovely sunny morning. What a beutiful run; views for miles (snow atop Tinto Hill & Coulter Fell in the distance). Downhill all the way apart from 2km 4-6 and at circa 8km, oh, yes and a final sneaky push required up a steepish slope right at the entrance to the field in which the race finshes!

A technical tee shirt for all finsihers and warming Lentil soup with a filled roll at the end. Perfect! clyderunners 52:58 54:27 54:27 61.87
