Was targeting sub 2:55
Was on target but had to stop with cramping in left calf twice..miles 22 and 24.
Left hammy started to cramp in last mile,,didnt stop but had to slow right down.

Fast&Furious Felt sick at 8 to 9 miles, may have been a reaction to sports drink. Unable to take on further nutrition or gels.

Badbark I had hoped to break 3:10 but have developed an injury with a week to go so I'm not sure if I'll even be able to complete the marathon.
