brotherjohn Well, being pretty consistent at the moment, but the very blustery wind made it really hard work today. Miles 2 and 3 up the long incline were tough into the wind. Maybe held back too much at the start, but made my way through the field to finish 3rd in 35:50. I am sure I can run a minute quicker if I get a decent day, but I never do! kiki.d Third time I will have run this race. Can I get sub-47:30?...Nope. Strong headwind made this a tough going in places.
