Cats Whiskers Dire. Was aiming for a sharpish tempo pace but various factors conspired against that. Started okay but was overheating by about 3k and starting to feel shivery, so had to back off and do what I could manage without becoming a medical emergency! Really wanted a better return to racing than this - it's a PW, even slower than my first 10k, which was my longest ever run at the time. :-( Cambridge & Coleridge AC 45:48 52:01 54:46 56.06
