brotherjohn Didn't really feel like it and a rubbish first mile, but then ran OK. 6th place and first M50. A tough race, all on sand and hilly and windy. Take no notice of the WAVA it's only 5.5k not 6k Dorset Doddlers 19:48 90.53

Flat Out Fi Another Club Championship race so good turn out from the Striders! It was tough as I remembered from last year but was over a minute faster this year so v pleased with that and managed to come 1st Lady too!! Unaffiliated 21:58 22:07
kiki.d Not done this before so no idea what to expect! Tough course, felt like I was running backwards at times. Faster than last year's 1st FV45 :-) but slower than this year's!! Felt I should have pushed harder on the downhill to the finish but my legs didn't seem to work! Results now out 3rd FV45 :-), by 45sec, so close and yet so far!
