Alanoia Medialis strain in right quad brought me to a hobble past 20 miles. 90s off sub 3 pace (heat beginning to tell) at that stage. Great race, fast course, magical start and finish in the city centre. Walked 15 mins from hotel to the start. Very crowded first 5k even from the back of the 3hr to 3 15 pen.
