bedlam_g A social recovery run after last nights 20 miles. Started way back and even though I didn’t push too hard still got a bit frustrated by the lack of passing opportunities in the steeper climbs. As ever my crap descending technique cost me a load of places in the long steep finish. Didn’t get attacked by angry Buzzards or Bees.
