scotmark triathlon #2. t1 1.30, t2 0.45. total: 1.26.36 pool swim 4x back and out for bike - initial hill/undulating throughout course flat run along canal felt much better after compared to bute. weather good conditions - dry/mild cloud. Unaffiliated 17:31 44:03 22:44 1:24:18
