Jonny Suffered in the heat with dehydation. Going well for the first 4km but then my legs felt tired & was getting pain in my right inside shin. Nice course on country lanes, nasty hill just after 8km. Unaffiliated 38:55 38:55 42:52 61.61
RG Postie (RGP) I'm not looking forward to this,I had a pig of a run when I last did this in '03,It was really hot I was ill at 5k..........UPDATE : Nothings changed I still hate this run,previous complaint was that it was too hot and again today was the same,this needs to be run earlier,I was running steadily but the knee injury from the Blackpool half decided to rear its head and I really struggled,but the time the mountain of a hill popped up at 8k I'd really had enough but I had thought of dropping out before then,I think I should get this knee looked at because it keeps popping up and I'm getting slower,Elmbridge is doubtfull at the moment,very disapointed !.
