Bazza Pissed it down, strong winds...no t-shirt, no goody back...I knew it was gonna be a bad one after losing at cards the previous night, drinking too much and forgeting about the clocks. Wont step foot in Worksop ever again.

Greenstuff Totaly was gritting teeth from 8 mile to finish. How many hills was there, no goodey bag. no medal, and no t shirt. Ace wont be doing that one again. but saying that only a minute over pb.. so carnt all be bad can it? Unaffiliated 1:57:31 2:07:26 2:08:36 46.64
hammerite A PB by 3mins 1s! Went into this with a thigh problem which I think is originating from my hip (at least I can tell this from the soreness after this!). Struggled for the first few miles which were undulating, but settled and the pain in the thigh subsided. Kept it steady until the last couple of miles which thankfully were downhill and I really went for it. Bedford Harriers AC 1:36:06 1:41:40 1:45:00 1:41:40 58.28

Middler What a complete disaster. Everything was okay until the 7 mile water station, then my energy levels just nose-dived and I had to walk the rest of the way. I know things have been bad lately, but this was the final straw. Seriously considering giving running up. Unaffiliated 1:58:24 2:07:09 2:33:13 46.02
