roberton First 10k under 50 minutes :-) Lovely day, sunny and still. Maybe would have been better slightly cooler but the setting is so lovely it would be a shame not to see it in the sunshine. Superb organisation and very friendly. This is the second time I've run this and given how good and how near it is, I expect I will run it many more times. FERC 47:58 49:57 49:57 54.11
