Flat Out Fi Not as muddy as some years!! Came 2nd lady overall and was v pleased with that! The girl who came 1st was from Havering Running Club and super fast! Felt really good too and definitely much fitter than last year! My Garmin said it was 6.69 miles in total! Unaffiliated 39:54 40:00 45:33 66.44
kiki.d Pleased with time, just under 8min miles. Tough course but felt strong to the end and overtook 2 runners in a sprint for the line. I enjoyed running without any self-imposed time pressures. Saffron Striders RC 47:19 47:55 54:22 58.91
