mikep I really need to get stuck into some hill work as for the second race running felt I was almost walking uphill - and there were a lot of them . Don't know if the effort of doing 10m in the heat on Sunday took too much out of me but apart from a stong last Km nothing at all good about this run. Slower than last year by 21 seconds.
