Relaxed too much in the middle and didn't pick it up enought at the end good average pace though Since when has 10K been 6.25 miles as announced at the beginning? should be 6.21... Mark-R Comfortable run today in readiness for the GNR. :) Time is total for what clocked as 10.14 KM. 10k time for my Garmin is this less 42 seconds - so 55:31? Really pleased with my splits - slow first KM, then only 20 seconds difference in the splits from 2nd k to the 8th k. 9 and 10 were my fastest by some distance. Time not offical time - just that from the 10.14 km from the Garmin. Unaffiliated 45:17 50:44 57:59 56:13 46.98
