Adders Much better than the previous Gwent League race. Also, thankfully no shin pain. But I was still dissapointingly in the bottom half. It may have been my best XC race in a while, but it still wasnt great.... which says it all really. XC is clearly not for me. Overall race rating: 5/10 Rugby & Northampton AC 38:01 42:45 61.75
Blister Pleased with run considering that I have a cold, my lack of training and that I needed a p*ss when the gun went off lol. Same course as 2008, but dryer (I think) and colder this time. I ran 42.14 in 2008 and came 54 out of 193. This year I came 42nd out of 200. Garmin measured my run as 5.98 miles. TeamBath AC, Somer AC, Walton AC 37:24 37:45 36:57 71.45
