Baza Was looking forward to this race, the course undulated in a way that suited me with plenty mud flung in for good measure. Ended up having a 'shocker' of a run. At least 2 minutes of normal pace for this distance. 5th counter for my club though. We all have bad runs I suppose!!!! Carnegie Harriers 40:56 40:56 40:56 40:56 61.83
Fat Boy Travelled north to Aberdeen for this 9.6K cross country race which was 3 laps of undulating grassland with some decent muddy areas thrown in. Placed 54th overall and 3rd club. Pleased with run which was a decent strong effort. Carnegie Harriers 37:25 37:25 37:25 68.90
