Hills of Death (HOD) To be fair there were some good Athletes out there yesterday. Different to the free for alls of Windsor and Blenheim. Scores on doors 2.49 (Swim 31.52 t1 2.03 Bike 1.27 t2 1.40 (30 seconds of shouting who's moved my F***ing flag I didn't realise it weren't allowed) Run 46.24) Swim minor improvement kicked in face twice had to pull the googles out of my eyes and got cramp so couldn't kick for last 200. Bike I CAN'T maintain a pace . Run was alright coming on nicely. So I enjoyed myself was a bit quicker but it seems the 2 months training haven't brought massive gains.
