hammerite approx distance of 4.75 miles and a very approx time!! Try flinging yourself down a steep hill, running thorugh a river, running through a load of up n down muddy fields, then following the river on some rocky bits for a while, then having to stumble up the steep hill which is by that point a quagmire and you have the dovedale dash. Fantastic!! Finished 233 out of 960 people, and luckily I wasn't one of the 2 people in casualty that my mate saw. Bedford Harriers AC 42:30 42:30 42:30 47.03
