Gasheader Bad start as arrived at front of portaloo que as race started . ran through the heavy traffic for first few miles was at 8 miles on the hour and 1:37 for the half. needed tobe ahead of the clock before the large hill at 18.past 16 in 2 hrs got to 20 in 2hrs 35 mins. Was at 3hr15min at 25 mile marker. finished with sprint and feeling very strong , upbeat great new pb by 10 minites. GUN PLACE 306 , CHIP PLACE 233 now need to find another 10 mins for a GFA. Caterpillar The profile looks very friendly! RACE REPORT: Wet and cold and miserable for the first 15 miles. Not a good recipe for me. However, the sun came out and a great day was had. Ferdi First marathon so got PB! OK for 17 miles, then started feeling the quads in a way I've never felt before (youch!). Somehow managed to 'hobble' to the finish.
