Konaboy Well organised race - nice to have a broad start line to avoid congestion at the exit of the park. 1st 2miles well up on 44:10 target but suffered a bit with doubts on the Wokingham Road but got back into positive mindset from the railway bridge to the end. Though the turn off from the main drag to the park seemed forever. I knew seeing 43.xx just before the run in that PB was a certainty.
