DrDebs went backwards. found it tough - been on antibiotics all week and had asthma attack on Friday night - struggled with Asthma during race, but also felt incredible nervous. Messed this race up big time - very disappointed in myself. boo fat hoo Exeter Harriers 24:37 65.43

PQ Missed the start of the race due to late arrival so started about a min behind others. Very muddy and was feeling rough. Disgraceful result. San Domenico RC 30:00 54.65
