Hi ,

Still feeling the effects of the Brighton Marathon, Warm conditions too.
marlan
A complete disaster! Felt so rough all through the race, but plodded on.
SimonF
Bit slower than I hoped, but it was pretty hot. Really struggled up Whernside and, despite feeling realy good starting the descent from Ingelborough, the last 2 miles were terrible. Great feeling to finish though.

Very tough race, and I didn't cope well with the hot conditions. I started to feel it along the section towards Ribblehead, with a slight stitch, and felt completely destroyed with lack of fluids about half way up Ingleborough. Still, gives me something to work on, and I got around.
