Foot & Mouth course was altered on the day due to ice. Total distance run was 5.82. my time for this distance was 44.02. giving me a predicted 10k time of Collingwood AC 43:42 43:42 47:12 63.19
Roofus The course was a little short due to the incelment weather so not really a PB/ Enjoyed it though and especially winning a prize at the end for 3rd Lady 40-45 cat. Collingwood AC 48:04 49:41 49:17 64.45
