Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ran well pacing Ali to a new PB.

Not good started to fast as always these day I forget I'm so slow these days. Legs just will not run any faster, I don't train enough, but my husband says its good to have a break. I don't agree. Have been running to long.

My first attempt at this distance, really enjoyed the whole event and very pleased that I beat my prediction time.

100th overall (out of 439), 26th female
Ally C
26th overall out of 400 plus runners. Felt pretty good today and maintained the pace throughout.

Felt good after 5 miles but need more mileage in my training (only been above 10 miles once in two years!). Freezing cold couldn't get warm!
TW
Would be pleased with 75 mins....not run 10 miles for quite a while.......surprised myself with this one..started out at 7 min pace, then backed off to 7.10-7.15 and kept it going..
DrDebs
last min idea to go with girlies.....surprised myself!
