Fat Boy Really enjoyed the Tinto Hill Race. Felt quite strong on the ascent and superb turnout from our club. Carnegie Harriers 33:33 40:29 48.05
Lexo Well that was an experience and a half.Quite enjoyed the climb . Did not bad considering it was my first hill run going up. Coming down was another matter!!. I watched in amazement as the first runner hurtled past me ,he slipped on some moss and bounced about twenty feet on his Ar**e jumped up and contiued on his way without even grimacing..Unreal. The decent was a scary as I expected. I cant even recall breathing on the way down I was so terrified. Climbed to the top in around 29 minutes and descended in 16 but must have beeen passed by about 50 total lunatics freefalling/running down the hill. Am absolutly black and blue today and walking like a penguin....Whens the next one?? :) Musselburgh & District Athletic Club 45:55 42.04

Yano 1st hill race - I loved it! Took it very easy on the uphill (35mins) but charged down (11mins). Great fun. Unaffiliated 50:00 45:47 41.01
