MAD Superman 2m out over the A42 then 2 x 8m laps and back to the start. A rolling hilly course in perfect conditions. Had to work hard over the last 4m but maintained a good pace and got a 2min pb so have to be pleased. Hampton FANTASTIC!!! Absolutely delighted with the perfect Blackpool preparation. Ran it very sensibly in a negative split and was passing lots of runners in the latter miles.
