Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Second time over. This tie I am enetring the middx champinship. I want a medal!
My time. A few seconds to come off that. Really pleased to win 1st V50 at a race with so much history.
PB lol not quite! bit quicker a few years ago :)
Early days. There is a great deal of training to be done for this!

WOW! Kept the pace going at MP for 18 miles and then upped it fpr the last 2 miles. Feel sore now.... BUT IT'S TAPER TIME!!!

Oh look some bets were made!
felt strong and good.
quite tired at the end due to high mileage in the preceding week (18 miles on the day before).
on track for target time in london.
Tired in the last mile but v happy with the time. Is a sub 4 hour marathon a posibility?
Completed it without any pain to my lower left leg. Lost some endurance with the time off running so found it hard work. All in all, very pleased to be able to run again but it 's like having to start all over again.
felt good up to last lap, then struggled, started off a bit too fast in hindsight, pleased wiith it though. Taking more gels worked, didn't take on eonough water though, so felt a bit woozy on lasat couple of miles
Had planned for 3.15, slightly off the pace due to fall at 13 miles, but the running part felt good. My gun time is probably hideous (I stopped my Garmin) because I stopped for 15 min to get sorted out with St John at 14 mi.
