Steve72 Lovely day for running, very lucky with the weather in the end. I almost never made, decided on Thursday to pull out due to ITB causing knee pain. But had soft tissue massage and did some stretching and felt much better this morning, so decided to have a go but start off not too fast. It's a tough course but injury felt fine, so pleased with that. Didn't do a great time but pleased anyway. Met a couple of Fetchies too which was nice.
