Dvorak A hill race on tarmac, as _andy rightly describes it. Quite a surprise timewise. In a good way. Especially since the tiredness set in around halfway - I think I actually could have just lain on the grass and went to sleep. It is a tough course. Lexo Been under the weather with a virus so was touch and go to do this so quiet please I made it round without keeling over. general concencus was that this a tough course but didnt find it too bad, bit twisty turney to try and get the 10k squeezed into the park, No energy at all through out to even think of picking up the pace and was happy with progress considering .well organised and friendly Musselburgh & District Athletic Club 38:57 39:30 41:43 65.67
