Silver Strider Hail, rain, wind and sun. Entry on the day. Steep hills up and down. Small field. 2 lap course. Very fast start and crippling hill. Calves were screaming after. Have not spent so much time on the balls of my feet for a long time (7-8 years) and that was pre season footy.
