Rach E Lovely race on a very tough multiterrain course. Ran at a hardish tempo pace as anaemia still taking its toll. Sped up in last two kms and felt good at the finish. I think I'm coming back :¬) Won the ladies race by nearly 5 minutes. Aldershot, Farnham & District AC, Team Kennet, Newbury Velo 36:58 37:08 39:48 74.93
Running Fish last minute entry as oh had friends doing it so went along to support. bit disappointed with the time for what was a mainly level and hard surface course, but excuse is tired legs and unseasonable warmth. excellent organisation, and very well attended. Unaffiliated 35:39 35:39 38:00 75.02
