Pinno Planning on doing this race - A little while since I have done a 10k but 4 coming up over the next four weeks. A sub 43 would be good but not sure of that a tad to ambitious?? at the minute. Great race today managed to finish in 41.25 and get a PB Penny Lane Striders 40:43 40:52 43:00 41:25 69.96
