Lovely and flatish, out and back on tarmac. Get those race shoes out for a potential pb.

Wet wet wet morning for my trip to Derby. Shiny new Alvaston parkrun, only in its third week. Nice course, all tarmac other than the finish funnel. Some space related features in the park. Great venue and happy with my time.

Lap and a half then out and back twice, not keen on 180° turns and there's two. 5 mins walk from free car park to start. well marshalled not as flat as described.

Flat but not boring, nice little cafe & toilets right by the start 🌞

Fairly flat, mostly out-and-back, with 2 x 180 turnarounds and a loop at the start and the end. Tarmac all the way, free parking, and toilets/changing rooms open before the run. Nice lap around the lake for a pre-run warm-up.

Great location, parking cross the road from Wickes , pancake flat out and back with a small loop. 50/167, 1st male vet 60-65.

A really nice fast course. Couple of turnaround points but plenty of path to get into a good stride. Parking was good.
