tom_craggs 5th. Bit of a shocker. Minute slower than I had predicted - slower than my 10 mile pace. Football xmas eve left my legs feeling dead...eating too much yesterday didn't help...neitehr did the 90 miles last week, and 85 this..ecuses excuses.
