Ocelot Spleens flat start, on for 47.30 after 3 k, slowedver next 5k (up and down, up and down), not a bad finishe, passed a few up hill, got passedon the waydown, good race, well organised, a bit of a mad start. Stockport Harriers & AC 44:05 48:22 50:13 57.23

Reef This race has a good fast start, then at the 3km mark the hills start and its then undulating until about 7km then rolling until the end with some nice fast downhill sections, before back in town wiith lots of great support! I've done this race for a few years on the trot and really look forward to it but this year I had to take it following a flu virus, had a good race with a few folks at the end and had managed not to get taken by anyone Unaffiliated 36:30 36:30 39:00 39:57 68.58
