Going for sub 34min, but training has been a little sporadic atm. Weather will play a big part, even if on top form a PB run could easily be ruined by the wind as it's such an open and exposed course.
POST RACE - Things just didn't goto plan - 3 days rest before the race wasn't enough to fully recover tight calf muscles, which got progressively worse as the race went on.
PB by 11 secs. Who needs calm weather and sunshine!Well done to all you other PB achievers.
