Applecross UPDATE - official time so just scraped a PB. Felt pretty awful - closest I've come yet to vomiting at the end of a race, but course was quite nice, if a bit muddy, and weather perfect...pretty good all round, except for the running bit! Unaffiliated 44:31 44:31 50:00 44:44 66.56
